Not quite sure how to type this.  The doctor dictates:

She had a 2 by 2 by 2 by 2.4 cm heterogenous mass.

Any help would be appreciated.

  • I would not add the O either, unless it was--sm - nn
  • Add the 0 - mtgranny
    • per AAMT/BOS and most client profiles... - no trailing zeroes after decimel point...nm
    • Maybe for your own accts, but not if you have a QA dept. that's going to pick you apart for any - extra chars., clarity or not! nm
  • 2.0 x 2.0 x 2.4 cm - NM
    • You wouldn't make it 2.0 unless the zero was dictated. nm - wanderer
      • even if it is dictated, no trailing zeroes after - decimel point...............nm
        • For clarity, trailer zeroes are acceptable in - ophthamology - sm
