Help

Salpingo-oophorectomy or salpingooophorectomy. I have look it up in two different reference books (Steadman's and Sloane's). Steadman's is not hypeniated and Sloane's is hypheniated...Which is correct???? I think the hypheniated looks correct, but I am not sure.
