Which is correct? Postdates dysmaturity or Post dates dysmaturity?

I can't find this anywhere.

In a discharge diagnosis, Dr. says Postdates dysmaturity. Does this make any sense? Or would it be postdate - no s. He clearly says postdates with an "s" but just does'nt seem right to me
is this correct and exactly what is it "postdates dysmaturity"
