Help please

I'm having trouble figuring out a word and wondered if anyone had any thoughts. Here is part of the dictation:

Because of occasional PVCs and elevated LDH, he was transferred to telemetry for monitoring while beginning verapamil therapy and having discontinued quinidine therapy. He was noted to have occasional PVCs and PACs, naprotic for him.

The word that sounds like 'naprotic", I can't seem to figure out.

Any thoughts?
