Help with PE please!

Extremities: No pedal edema. No calf tenderness. Dressing over the right knee staples. No swelling. No cellulitis. No redness. No drainage. Left leg tender on palpation. No calf tenderness. s/l Monstostrophic changes in both knees. Absent s/l finger span. No tenderness.
