In the 80s, my friend in the office got bored and tried White-Out as eye shadow & started screaming, "It burns, It burns!!" and we had to take her to the bathroom and wash it off.  Strange days, indeed.

Actually, that just reminded me of the surgeon who performed my cholecystectomy. The nurse accidently called him by his last name and he refused to acknowledger her until she apologized and called him Dr. X. Since I was the patient, and we were social friends, I completely gave him crap about it. He ended up apologizing to the nurse. lol

My report is on a person diagnosed with bacterial endocarditis, with progressive respiratory failure, pneumomediastinum and 103F temperature. an x-ray showed air under the high diaphragm. the white count was elevated to 18,200 from which 50% were (s/l) run. Am I hearing correct? Also, an EGD showed several  s/l "oon takes" in the stomach.  If you can help me I would appreciate it. Thanks
