Abdominal incisional hernia repair.
"Although we took down some filmy adhesions, we did not take down the jejunum. We could see where the pursestring suture in the _______ was, with old Prolene sutures on the jejunum, and all of that area looked fine, but I was concerned that I would have a hole in the jejunum by taking it down that would need to be repaired, and then make the use of mesh risky."
