Would you address this person as Mr. or Dr.?  It's a bachelors of medicine/surgery and is the foreign equivalent of an MD.  Thanks!

Anyone know for sure?  I found what I thought were a couple of good sites that spelled it mat, but my derm doc just dictated it and spelled matte, so I am not sure.  Thanks!
