As in rales and rhonchi. Dictator says "The patient has a non-productive "rally" cough. How would you spell "rally"?

The only two acceptable forms now are follow up, a verb (The patient will follow up in 2 weeks), and followup for either a noun or an adjective (On followup, the patient's incision was healing nicely) (He had a followup exam). Clear?
