if you are clear on the letters being given, I would just put what is dicated.  Can't be expected to know all abbrev, a lot are just plain "coinded".

I spent a load of money getting trained for MT and I STILL  am not sure about this.  What do the experienced MTs think??

ok, am i supposed to capitalize the words Anxiety or Depression?  I get so lost on capitalizing-when should I, when should I not?  I get so confused, and I want it to be right.

I have a name that I can't understand in the document anyway (person's last name) and I can't find it to verify spelling - so it's got to go to QA anyway, I come back here and post if/when QA gets it in case someoen else ever has it. TY for those that tried looking also.

Doc may have meant take 2 tablets in the morning and said the q just as a habit. I would certainly question having to take Lexapro at 2 a.m. In my opinion, don't guess - flag it.

It wasn't locked.  Sounded like lap or lapped.  Doctor was running words together and even made up a few of his own!  Gotta love it !

I have a doc who says stuff like that all the time...give a list of "this is normal, that is normal" only he says the same thing both times. I don't change it, I just flag it.

Should I flag this

During CBC doctor says "counts of 7.7" Later in the sentence he says white count of 11,900. Would he be referring to RBC and should this be flagged for clarity????? It's unclear to me but then everything he says is. Thanks for your help.
