ASSESSMENT: Knee pain and some patellofemoral arthrosis of the left knee and perhaps a small posterior horn torn medial meniscus and osseous contusion of the medial proximal tibia.

Her MRI brought in from elsewhere reveals a modest effusion. There is a small abnormal signal in the s/l boot area of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.
