The tear appears to extend into the infraspinatus as well.  I did assess some posterior cuff musculature in the terry’s area.  His anterior cuff looks fine with the subscapularis intact and the biceps centered in the groove.

Water's view sinus x-ray shows 1/3, right maxillary sinus, air-fluid level with slightly less degree of air-fluid level noted in the left with an easily visualized (meniscus) seen on exam of both maxillary sinuses on x-ray.

The HUMI was then placed without complication. We changed our gloves and went up above. An incision was made in the infraumbilical portion with the scalpel. Hello, They are called many different things.  They were originaly refered to at ROM Walkers.  RANGE OF MOTION.  The CAM may refer to constricted ankle movement.  Some cam walkers have the ablitly to adjust at the ankle.
