If she does this all the time, just put it in quotes as she spells it.  Sometimes after research that is all you can do.  Don't guess.  It also could be a drug from another country that we don't frequently hear.

Try googling H1c, lots of hits  from (apparently) patients.  Also, wondered if slurring could make "an A1c" sound like your HUNC ? Also found at least one reference to histoplasmosis marker of H1C.

I would do 60%. I have several doctors that will say 60 (as in ) 6-0. Clarifying the numbers so you don't put 16. They do 50, 5-0 so you don't put 15 because they sound close. It just sounds like sixty-six-zero. Put what you feel is right but I would be from experienc it is 60%
