under needle there is BD spinal and right under that is Beath and a little further down is Beeth.

I understand for verying and yes, it is confusing when you see it spelled 2 different ways, but I do type Ortho reports on a daily basis and I have been told Beath. Also when I Google Beath needle there is a section under Shoulder Arthroscopy, books.google.com and the article is highlighting Beath pin and then Beath needle is there. This might help for verification.

I always thought Chlamydia was capitalized and I've been a transcritionist for 12 years, so I don't know about any other seasoned transcriptionists, but this one finds things change.
