Google Rene Le Fort and Rene LeFort, with and without space. So it is really hard to say, unless you are a family member. LOL.

It is obvious all of these reference books are good sources but have this spelled different ways. So I think it is safe to say that an MT can type either variation and be just fine. LOL. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it ;-)
