extensive calcified and hyalinized fibroadenomatous nodule, foci of sclerosing adenosis and foreign body granuloma.

I can hear it now, this is what the doctor is saying without a doubt.  Thanks for everyones help.

    • foci of sclerosing adenoma rather than osis - I think
