you have misunderstood my post. First of all, I made a point of saying that I realize credentials alone do not make a good transcriptionist. Secondly, I was not "handling" the situation. I was simply giving my opinion to the discussion and then later decided to ask those on this board their opinion. It was not my place to "handle" the situation other than offer up my opinion any more than it was the original emailers place to be telling us how to do it. Thank you for posting. The last sentence of your post was helpful.
