He was found to have an irregular heartbeat and was admitted to the hospital where a coronary angiogram was performed showing two occluded coronary arteries but no evidence of a myocardial infarction.  Because there has been good collateral circulation, no surgery or *endoplasty* was recommended, but he had placement of a pacemaker.
I thought the same thing, but clearly "thecan." Just left a blank....thx!

the answer was lost. The "q" by itself is a dangerous abbrevision. Refer it to your supervisor as apparently the QA person does know this and, if nothing else, for clarification if they want you to use it.
