Situs describes the position of the cardiac atria and viscera.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 Situs solitus is the normal position,

situs inversus is the mirror image of situs solitus (see Image 1).

Cardiac situs is determined by the atrial location. In situs inversus

The morphologic right atrium is on the left, and the morphologic left atrium is on the right.

The normal pulmonary anatomy is also reversed so that the left lung has 3 lobes and the right lung has 2 lobes. In addition, the liver and gallbladder are located on the left, whereas the spleen and stomach are located on the right. The remaining internal structures are also a mirror image of the normal.

Is huffing fermented poop the next new street drug?
Filed under Offbeat, Stuff I Like

There’s been articles floating around on the internet warning about a new street drug called Jenkem. The latest “informational bulletin” from a Sheriff’s office in Collier County, Florida was posted on The Smoking Gun website. Apparently, Jenkem is fermented urine and fecal matter and when inhaled, the concentrated methane supposedly gives off a powerful high.

I checked it out at snopes.com and found this LINK. However, the actual veracity of this story is still considered “undetermined” and a link to a BBC news article was provided. Supposedly, this started with the street kids in Zambia as a cheap way of getting high. The story is too disturbing and too disgusting to go into detail here, so click away at the link at your own risk and not if you plan on eating anytime soon.

The DEA would have a hell of a time regulating something like poop. Moms like me could be the newest victims of this new drug. Who needs a crack pipe when we have a diaper genie we could plaster our face against and inhale it hallucinogenic contents?

occurs with age after menopause (19, 23), and decreased
gonadotropins secretion with age is also observed in aged
men (24)..."

I guess it would depend on what you patient is being studied for. It may not be LH at all? Sorry

the answer was lost. The "q" by itself is a dangerous abbrevision. Refer it to your supervisor as apparently the QA person does know this and, if nothing else, for clarification if they want you to use it.

I would do 60%. I have several doctors that will say 60 (as in ) 6-0. Clarifying the numbers so you don't put 16. They do 50, 5-0 so you don't put 15 because they sound close. It just sounds like sixty-six-zero. Put what you feel is right but I would be from experienc it is 60%
