Sounds like IGMO and is very clear.  I hear this term lately a lot in relation to diabetes/insulin.  I'm wondering if it is a combination form with insulin/glipburide/metformin/?  It's only on one account, so it may be a local term.

I transcribe on an account that uses this abbreviation frequently.  It is an order set for diabeties and stands for "Insulin Glucose Management Orders"
