Kidney transplantation question - Mismatch

Subject: Kidney transplantation question - Mismatch

The patient has had a cadaveric kidney transplant. "Her mismatch was 1, 2, 2."

I've been googling and can't figure out how to transcribe the "1, 2, 2."  If it's 122, 1-2-2, 1.2.2.  Any help would be appreciated.
