Subject: LKS (orLKF) and BJE?

I am an entry-level medical transcriptionist. Can anyone help me with this? I have run across two acronyms. The first one sounds like LKS or LKF. It is dictated in a physical examination paragraph and is dictated like this: No LKS or LKF felt. The second one sounds like BJE. It is dictated like this: BJE: No adduction or abduction were noted. Thanks for any help with this.
