The doc is saying "X-rays reveal the presence of a long-stem S-ROM hip revision with what appears to be s/l KALOGRAFTING of allograft tissue as well as what appears to be bone supplement and bone substitute along the medial aspect of the femur."


I can't seem to figure out what he's saying.  Any ideas?  Thanks
