I can't quite make out what he is trying to say here. A lama graft should be performed to the left anterior descending and a right internal mammary should also be done to the right coronary artery. Thanks a lot!

    She has had a carotid bruit noted recently though she thought this was on the left and says that the left carotid was s/l insunated and found to be open.
