hmmm, was that meant for my post??
Subject: hmmm, was that meant for my post??

Not sure, Harsh attitude meant for me?? I don't see any anon posts either?? All seem to have a name/initial. The written word gets lost in translation, can't possibly know what is really meant, no inflection heard.  Glad you asked though.  Perhaps it is how you are reading the posts, ya think?   My post was meant just like I said, if somebody wants it in a certain way that is the way you do it. You don't argue and trying to "be right" If you go searching to get an okay to do it another way, thid will only create problems for you.  You need to think on it.

I would do 60%. I have several doctors that will say 60 (as in ) 6-0. Clarifying the numbers so you don't put 16. They do 50, 5-0 so you don't put 15 because they sound close. It just sounds like sixty-six-zero. Put what you feel is right but I would be from experienc it is 60%

I checked on google as well, and the closest I could come to this term medically was that the patient was malingering. I do not think that fits with this case. but could be wrong. jmo

I don't think I would want to type that in my report like that. I will have to have to see what the Vac part stands for and find out if I can substitute the real words for that abbreviated slang. But yup, that's what the ESL must have meant, though I think he said it with the word air in there.

you may be right in the Cor Status:  Full Cor if is is in reference to a code status.  I've heard some unusual things dictated in reference to code status and maybe that's how that account refers to it?  That's why I was wondering if there was anything to indicate he was talking about code status.
