Subject: Monochrysis? Chrysis?

"Patient has a history of sickle cell with monochrysis one month ago managed as an outpatient, admitted for a ________ in 2005."

He's saying crisis or chrysis. I looked up chrysis, but I didn't see any results. Is he using slang for monochrysis? Is chrysis a medical term that google isn't recognizing? lol
