I think the sentence portion is correct, he is examining basically the knee cap and joint, you would use "suprapatellar" instead of suprapatella, because in this case he is using "suprapatellar" to modify the noun bursa (like which bursa?  the suprapatellar bursa).  Any help at all???  (hope so, I think you are doing great, don't be discouraged ever, we all start out fresh!)

is there a radioulnar collateral ligament? sm
Subject: is there a radioulnar collateral ligament? sm

I can't find anything on it but it sure sounds like the doctor is saying radioulnar collateral ligament instead of radial and/or ulnar collateral ligament. The patient has had a long finger trigger digit injection and has pain on the volar aspect of the middle phalanx.

TIA

Pes plano valgus with gastroc constracture, forefoot varus, left side, is correct. Technically, in OP report headings, I was always taught to spell things out like "gsstrocnemius" even if the doc abbreviates because it is a main heading, but it also goes with your account. Hope I have helped!!
