I tried googling this combination and did not come up with any relevant matches.  Does this ring a bell with anyone?  I am really striking out.

Rotator cuff tear. . .


The tear appears to extend into the infraspinatus as well.  I did assess some posterior cuff musculature in the terry’s area.  His anterior cuff looks fine with the subscapularis intact and the biceps centered in the groove.

The patient is going to proceed with a reversed shoulder arthroplasty.  She may necessitate a left s/l lan transfer rangeropathy at the same time.


It has been a very emotional week here in North Port FL with the murder of a young mother, so I am drained and not 'hearing' well. Tx
