Dictator started off ok saying for example 1 o'clock position of the breast, but now she is saying "2:00 p.m. position, 3 p.m. position, 4 p.m. position"
Can she really tell if it's a.m. or p.m. LOL J/K. But, do I type it like she says with the p.m. or do I correct it to 2 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock position?
Account is not strict verbatim, but I don't want to catch the blame either way...
