Patient had a right brachioplexus avulsion with gracilis muscle reattachment and rhizotomy. Doctor dictates:
I would like him to follow up with a neurosurgeon to see whether there are any additional procedures including the (s/l) Terrez procedure or (s/l) deep root stimulation which may provide him with additional relief.
Need help tonite if possible - thanks!
