Need help with s/l prisema ovara????

gentleman with AICD, ischemic cardiomyopathy, pulmonary hypertension, status post anterolateral MI, hypercoagulable state, thrombi in his right atrium on a pacing wire, deep venous thrombosis, pulmonary emboli, status post abdominal spontaneous bleed, GI bleeding, primary S/L PRISEMA OVARA with mild proliferative syndrome. 

Any ideas would be oh so helpful!  Can't find it anywhere.............

  • polycythemia vera or - annabanana
    • Annabanana - you are the winner! - it was polycythemia per QA. OP
  • WILD GUESS... patent foramen ovale? - MT50
  • Instead with mild proliferative, it should be - myeloproliferative syndrome - OP here NM
