and he's only 55 with very little past medical history. I ended up flagging it because I think the dictator cut himself off, especially since he works for Fed-Ex. I figure it must be some kind of rotator cuff tear or frozen shoulder.

What is the rule for diseases.. do you apostraphe the s?

so for example

findings are suspicious for Crohn’s disease

or would you say "Crohn disease"

I thought I understood if I were to say it as: You have Crohn's

But if you say "he had Crohn disease"
