I'm typing for a doctor that I've only typed for a couple of times, and I'm having problems today. Well no wonder.

This is the s/l in the report that I'm listening to right now:

Patient had a salto long sammy at the age of two.

Compare that with what the previous chart revealed when I pulled it up - Salter osteotomy. The only part that is remotely like the s/l is the "salt" and the "my"!!!

I am student working on a non-small cell carcinoma report--the dr dictated patient has non-small cell carcinoma....patient underwent immediate ("sinoscopy"). I could not find anything, anywhere of a --scopy of lung tissue that the first part sounded like "sin"
