There is one doc who routinely dicates this in his exam. He doesn't give headings or anything, but it appears to be around when he is dictating about extremities. He is definately saying "Moses sign negative" and not Homans sign or he will say "No Moses sign." I have never heard him say any positive finding to know what the heck he is talking about.
