Doing surgery report. 'The leads were anchored to the interspinous ligament level with the Medtronic provided titanium anchors with O-titron ties.' Can anyone tell me if this is correct? Thanks in advance.

This stumps me all the time.  I have seen this spelled so many ways and cannot find anything to back it up.
