Subject: OB-GYN question

I am transcribing for an OB-GYN as vacation coverage, so I am not too used to the terminology.

The Dr is talking about a pregnant girl who had an abnormal Pap result, low-grade, and is talking about the pros and cons of surgery for her.  She then says "By the end of the visit, the patient had decided against elite for a low-grade and we will be following her with Pap smears.

Is that the right word?  It is pretty clear that that is the word she says, but maybe is it spelled differently or something.  I can't pull anything up either in books or online!!!  PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks ahead of time!
