Subject: OB question.

She has an abscess in the left major extending into the mons area.  Was prepped with Betadine and a subcuticular injection of lidocaine was used in the area, a stab wound was made for incision and drainage.  There was copious amounts of purulent bloody discharge noted.  Hemostats were used to open up all of the S/L o-voc-u-lated areas and the drainaged continued.  Thank you
