Her history also includes Chlamydia in February 2008.  She is uncertain if there was a test s/l "of cure" done.  She has been on OCs since 2006.

Does she mean a test of cure, indicating she is not sure if she received a test to confirm she was cured, or is this a test that I am not famliar with that is actually called a cure test?

Under plan she dictates "RA ANA ESR", but I am not sure if there should be commas or if this stands for something.  How should I type this?

Thanks!!
