Sentence:  The plan for surgery was to do a volumetric computer-assisted left craniotomy with stereotaxy and we were planning to stimulate the motor cortex intraoperatively; therefore we had the s/l ogemon stimulator available as well as iced saline in order to control any epilleptic activity.
