 Doc is saying ECOG performance status 1 and s/l ACOG performance status 1.  I do not think he is repeating the ECOG again.  Not sure what ACOG means if there is such a thing.  Patient has non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and AIDS and is admitted for chemotherapy. Duh. Might be performance index in this case. nm
