Is there a plural form of exudate (exudates) or is it just exudate? If no S, do you always use "is" or can "are" work also? (There is no exudate or can it sometimes be, there are no exudate) Thanks.

Hello all - I can't seem to find this anywhere but it sounds to me like "oropharynx is crowded, s/l malenpotty class 3".
Anyone have any ideas?
