PCO, VLCD

What does PCO and VLCD stand for? I'm hearing it quite often but I can't find an explanation that makes sense on any acronym site. 

For instance: D: PCO, presently not on metformin, is utilizing a VLCD.

Is it right that VLCD is very low calorie diet? But what is PCO?
