Patient was prescribed Lyrica and it caused ringing in her ears. Diagnosis is lumbar spondylosis with improvement. Plan is to take s/l Pamelor 25 mg.

Would that be prescribed for tinnitus? Thanks.

The back pain has resolved. The patient feels that the Lyrica (prescribed from another doctor) has caused the ringing, so this doc prescribed the s/l Pamelor. Very short report so no other info. Thanks.
