Patience

Suppose all the patient spoon feeders are not on the board and someone has a question. Have you ever been to MT Chat? They will teach newbies how to ask questions and do research so they don't need to be dependent on others. It is gratifying to have a following of people who need your help but I have realized that it is better for those people to learn more skills and be able to answer a lot of their own questions. Just my opinion.

Not rude, just curious where all this patience comes from. SM
Mother Teresa didn't have this much calm forbearance and kindness. Wow.
And it is quite obvious you dont have ANY patience...so why bother posting? sm
As a newbie I greatly appreciate anyone who is willing to give their time and knowledge to help me, or any newbie, out. What I dont understand is why people with no patience and an obvious knack for being rude come to these boards and post when clearly they have no intention of helping anyone.

Again, I thank all of the "oldies" who offer help and kindness to the "newbies".
I agree that we need more context. However, newbies don't realize this and deserve our patience.
