I meant that a questioner should give enough information for me to have a chance at giving a good answer, not put one or two words in the subject line and make me guess what he or she is asking. Normally, at least the sentence with the problem word or phrase in it should be given, and ideally the sentence before and after, or the diagnosis and chief complaint. Asking the right questions is key to being able to get enough information to work out how to get the dictation right.
