Provider is dictating medication and dose as "Percocet fives."  I am not sure how to express this in the transcription.  In reviewing my pharmaceutical wordbook dosages are listed as 2.5/325; 5/325; 7.5/325; 10/325; and 10/650.  Do I transcribe it as Percocet fives or Percocet 5s or ???

Percocet 2.5/325. Can you hear that by any chance?

The next highest is 5/325, then 7.5/325, 7.5/500, 10/325, and
10/650 mg.

Whenever you have a question like this and can't find the reference in your drug book, it's always best to flag it rather than type what they say, guess or improvise.

Percocet is very subject to abuse, so probably correct.
