Subject: No eye rolling please! This s/l...

...sounds like "ennasocker" or  maybe "enarsarker."  It seems to have something to do with shortness of breath and 4+ edema on the lower extremities.  The dictating doc is Asian if anyone out there is familiar with that speech pattern.  Please help. I'm sure this will probably be something really easy for all you veteran MTs, but I'm at my wits' end.  Or is that wits. Or wit. Anyway, I need your help.

Type of Tremor
Subject: Type of Tremor

Doctor is saying I have noticed a shuffling gait, s/l todalol tremor and some cogwheel rigidity.  It may just be a simple non-medical work, but I can't be sure.

TIA

Delirium Tremor
Subject: Delirium Tremor

I believe the doctor is saying delirium tremor, but there's no mention of alcohol abuse and when I googled that's what I take it Delirium tremors are.  Just to make sure, though, is there another type of tremor that starts with a "D".  TIA.
