It's a fabulous idea, the seniors get to play games they haven't been able to in years, they get some exercise, it's a social event. Who knew video games would be so good for nursing homes?!?

His MRI arthrogram unfortunately has showed a fair amount of arthrosis. He has been read as having a superior labrale tear, but I think this is likely a normal sulcus.
TREATMENT/PLAN: I am going to put him on some meloxicam. We will see how this affects his osteoarthritis of the hip, and I will see him back as needed. We have talked also about using cushion-soled shoes, s/l fluid exercise program with a non-resistive stationary bike and swelling or the like.
How about a flexible exercise program...also

you might want to change labrale to labral and instead of swelling, possibly swimming as part of the exercises? Maybe re-listen again and see if you hear this.
