Hi, Sounds like:

She thinks she is in a peri-menopausal period. She is having less of her periods and lighter, maybee every 2 months. Very mild hot flashes, not bothered by it. The patient is concerned; she does not want to use any hormones. Wandering if there is any "Turbo" or anything Over-the-counter that she can use.

Turbo? I know that is not right. Anyone have an idea? T
