Neck, jaw, and arm pain. This appears to be musculoskeletal in origin. The patient is unable to bring the symptoms on with aerobic exertion. She does have tender musculature. Will check a sed rate to rule out s/l MR. Given her fear of Toradol, will have her switch to ibuprofen 400 mg p.o. t.i.d. with food p.r.n.
